Welcome to the first edition of the Hawkins Herald.
This will be a regular weekly newsletter highlighting a few key tasks completed during the week and giving you a general brief of what you can expect to see over the next week

Firstly I would like to thank Father Mark, parishioners and public for the warm welcome we have received on site, it is great to be involved in such a great community project.

Our site Forman Straun has made good progress over the last week on the site. As you can see the site is well set up and construction is well underway. You will also see some of our foundations are poured and the block work is in place. Over the next week we will be preparing the floor slab and weather permitting we may have our first pour completed by the end of next week.

Safety will be number 1 priority on site as usual, we will be constantly aware of the public (and parishioners) present and are well aware that public curiosity may lead to our safety procedures being tested. Please feel free to comment on any actions you feel may compromise safety in any way.

We will be endeavouring to make this as enjoyable as possible for everyone in the Church. My phone is always on for anyone wishing to contact me regarding any issue or inconveniences from the construction.

Once again thanks for the warm welcome and please know that we will be really focused on making this a great project

Regards
