On Sunday, 6th December, the Rite of Acceptance of Catechumens and Welcoming of Candidates will take place at the Masses in Morrinsville (9am) and Te Aroha (11am). This is the first step for those who are preparing for the Sacraments of Initiation or Reception into the full communion of the Catholic Church. Let us keep our RCIA participants in our prayers

To begin the Jubilee Year of Mercy, a Mass will be celebrated with the opening of the Holy Door on Sunday, 13th December at 3.00pm in the Hamilton Cathedral. There will be priests available for Reconciliation after Mass. All welcome.

Fr. Jelo and the Te Aroha, Morrinsville and Paeroa parishes would like to invite Interested parties who wish to participate in the Sacramental Programme for 2016 to complete enrolment forms which are available at each Parish office or School as soon as possible. We would like to complete numbers by the end of January 2016. The Sacramental programme will start early next year. Each candidate needs to be baptised and be at least 8 years old by May 2016. Any queries please contact any of the Parish offices or Schools

Ministry Brochure
Ministry brochures are still available in the church foyer. Please get one and fill out if you haven‘t yet done so. ―As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.‖ (1 Peter 4:10)

To celebrate the Parish Feast Day of St. Mary‘s, Paeroa (Immaculate Conception) on Tuesday, 8th December, Mass will be held at 10am. Therefore, there will be NO Mass in Te Aroha on that day. Instead, Mass in Te Aroha will be on Thursday, 10th December at 10am.
