The NZ Bishops Conference has declared a nationwide day of Prayer and Promotion of Suzanne Aubert and her cause for sainthood on 2 October (Sunday). This coincides with the 90th anniversary of her death in 1926.

Just as we did last year, we will be observing the Month of the Rosary in October. Rosary will be prayed in the church at 5.30pm on the following dates: 3-7 October in Morrinsville; 10-14 October in Te Aroha and 17-21 October in Paeroa. Please do come.

On 25, 26 and 27 October ( Te Aroha, Morrinsville and Paeroa), we will be having the Days of Prayer as part of our celebration of the Year of Mercy. Masses for those dates will be in the evening. Details to follow.

Still part of our Year of Mercy celebration, we will have a parish Pilgrimage to St Joseph’s in Te Puna on 29 October (Saturday). For those who are interested, a paper is provided in the foyer for you to sign up. Or you can contact: Peter Farrelly 889 4443 (Morrinsville); Maggie Gribble 862 8633 (Paeroa) and Megan Paul 884 8925 (Te Aroha). Please pray for the success of all our forthcoming activities.
